Ten chicks came into Bailey and her owner’s yard one day, and the rest is history!
They were immediately taken in by the coyote/Retriever hybrid, who cared for them as if they were her children. 🙂
It was love at first sight!
Although they don’t know what happened to the mother of these chicks, Bailey was adamant that she should adopt them and act as their surrogate mother because doing so would give them the care and direction they need and eventually save their lives.
