This Doberman’s sit-ups, push-ups, and squats are all the motivation you need to exercise.

A Doberman has gained Internet fame after a video of him exercising at home went viral and received more than five million views in a short period of time.

The dog can be seen standing in front of his TV and attentively following along to a home workout session with an instructor and another Doberman in the 50-second video, which was posted to Twitter on August 23rd.

In the brief video, the pup can be seen perfectly replicating a number of exercises, such as sit-ups, push-ups, and squats, while maintaining his attention fixed on the screen.

In one of the video’s over a thousand comments, a person wrote, “Wow this just put the biggest smile on my face. I mean, this is unlike anything I have ever seen. Amazing,” with another commenting, “I am astonished with his incredible dog. So clever

Fans of the Doberman breed, in particular, have been eager to show this determined youngster some love, with one tweeting, “I adore Dobies. I had the good fortune to adopt a lovely female from a dog’s home, and we were blessed to have her for ten great years. It’s hardly surprising that a Dobie would act in this manner given their incredible intelligence, joy, and speed at which they pick things up.

People on the internet were also quick to post humorous pictures of their own dogs, many of which appeared exhausted (and perhaps dubious) at the prospect of having to repeat the exercise.

If you’re wanting to increase your own fitness, seeing this adorable film will undoubtedly offer you a hefty dose of inspiration. In any case, if a Doberman can do it, so can you!
