This is Nugget, a canine explorer who is not afraid to get dirty as he discovers the world around him.
However, Nugget recently got more than just a little mud on his nose because of his propensity to enjoy the unclean side of life.
Nugget went a little too far one day, perhaps soon after cutting the lawn. He decided to go one step further and become a part of the freshly cut sod outside rather than just enjoying its delicious aromas.
Nugget turned green with a few enthusiastic rolls and rubs.
Nugget had no regrets.

The normally white-furred pup then started to look more like a Muppet.
It was informed by Jennah, Nugget’s owner, that “We didn’t expect to see a green dog. But he was all green.”
For better or worse, he did not remain like way indefinitely.
Jennah said on the internet: “Nugget was a grinch for about an hour. Dish soap worked great getting the green out of the Oscar the Grouch.”
Fortunately for Nugget, the grass will continue to grow and eventually require another cut. He might already be anticipating another adventure and the chance to switch back into his emerald-colored alter ego.
“That’s what he is best at,” Jennah remarked.
